am trained in the Sivananda style of yoga. This includes a mixture
of pranayama (breathing), kirtan (chanting), asanas (physical practice)
and meditation (centering). It is a wonderful way to practice a
spiritual movement to help heal the heart, the mind and your life.
Yoga is a spiritual practice whether you practice with this intention
or not. I teach a spiritually based class and do cater to those
that are seeking the physical practice as well.
